I am Yvette “Vett” Jett, a military veteran, professor of leadership, and leadership strategist and the founder of Strategic Leadership Design & Coaching.
I help leaders and organizations, including senior leadership teams in nonprofits, build leadership systems that create clarity, confidence, and sustainable performance. My work blends military discipline, corporate strategy, and academic rigor to solve one core problem. How to lead, scale, and deliver results without burning out people or breaking systems.
I have led teams in the military, advised leaders in corporate environments, and served in senior leadership roles within nonprofit organizations while also teaching leadership and organizational behavior at the university level.
